White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

1lb Chicken Thighs
1 Can (15 oz) Sweet Corn (Not Drained)
1 Can (15 oz) Black Beans (Drained)
1 Can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes (Not Drained)
1 Block (8oz) Cream Cheese

Season to Taste

Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
Garlic Powder (To Taste)
Onion Powder (To Taste)
Chili Powder (To Taste)
Paprika (To Taste)
Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
Cumin (To Taste)

Crockpot Cooking Instructions

Place chicken thighs in first, cover with canned ingredients, seasonings and cream cheese.
Cook on high for 5–7 hours, low for 7-8 hours or until chicken is shreddable.
Shread chicken and stir mixture together. Get the cream cheese well mixed.
Cook some potatoes or tater tots while the chili blooms
Sevre the chili over the potatoes and enjoy
